Rosie’s Burgers- 2500 Appleby Line, Burlington

This 1,000 SF interior fit-out project involved demolition of existing flooring, wall panels, washroom tiles & fixtures, and old kitchen equipment.

The project consisted of the supply & installation of new flooring, FRP wall panels, new kitchen equipment, upgraded RTUs for HVAC, new light fixtures, etc. We also upgraded the washrooms with new tiles, plumbing fixtures and accessories. NDC was responsible for installing new ADOs in the front vestibule as well. We reinforced the roof truss with new steel beams to accommodate the new RTU. The scope involved painting all walls & roof deck as per the drawings.
