This project transformed an outdated shipping facility into a modern, high-capacity metal
recycling operation. From demolition through final fit-out, NDC delivered a fully integrated
solution tailored to the site’s operational demands.

Our team completed the demolition of two existing structures and constructed a 130,000-square-
foot slab-on-grade concrete pad designed for heavy industrial use. The scope also included the
supply and installation of 1,200 concrete blocks for perimeter shoring, 15,000 square feet of
permeable pavers, and a custom-built truck weighing scale to support efficient material handling.

In addition, NDC executed the full fit-out of a 3,000-square-foot, two-story office space,
providing new flooring, tile, glazing, plumbing, HVAC, electrical systems, and
finishes—delivering a functional, modern workspace to support daily operations.
